In this series, we take an opportunity to learn from select experts who specialize in each sector.

Meet Our Panelists:

Jaime Shcherbakov
Jaime currently serves as a Prospect Management Analyst for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She previously spent several years as a Prospect Development Specialist for the University of Colorado. Before working in prospect research, Jaime served more than 8 years in a variety of roles with the prominent Denver-based non-profit consulting firm Ruffalo Noel Levtiz.

Erin Osborn
Erin is the Director of Prospect Research at Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation. She started at the foundation in 1997, working as a coordinator in a variety of departments, including planned giving, major gifts, special events, and, since 2001, prospect research. She is a past president of Apra Rocky Mountains and has presented for Apra, AFP Colorado, AHP Rockies & Southwest, Community Shares of Colorado, and the Aspen Development Group.

Michelle Brownlee
Michelle serves as the Assistant Director of Philanthropic Prospect Development for Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, a role she has held since 2018. She previously worked as the Director of Prospect Development for the University of Missouri- Kansas City. Michelle is very involved with Apra, serving as a board member for her local chapter, and on Apra International Chapter Committee.

Kyle Weber
Kyle is a Senior Liaison for Prospect Development in the Gift Planning Division for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital/ALSAC. He has worked in Prospect Management and Development for the organization for 6 years. Kyle previously worked in numerous roles for Dufresne Spencer Group, LLC. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arkansas State University in 2016.
